Ilham Aliyev said that admitting guilt, promptly apologizing to Azerbaijan and conveying this to the public - all these were measures and steps that needed to be taken immediately, but unfortunately, for the first 3 days nothing was heard from Russia except delirious versions. 😡
And once again Putin has an airplane carrying innocent people shot down. He can obviously do whatever he wants. Nobody stops him. What else needs to happen....

Circumvention of sanctioned good through #Azerbaijan is unlikely to stop, as the oil trade is definately a part of the overall agreement.
