Australia and Japan should also provide technical support, as well as armed protection - in case of pidors attacking UA again JP and AU can keep the far east russian forces busy. AU is weak now as CN is bullying, but hopefully AU changes its policies and spend more $$ on defence.
This is a smart chess move. EU should protect UA sovereignty on its minerals and offer the US to be paid back using Russian frozen assets. At least it will make clear who is swimming naked.
