I just read both the Budapest Memorandum and Minsk-3 agreements. Both are nearly identical in terminology, agreements and violations by russia. I wouldn’t agree to these types of agreements either.
Using Andriy Yermak as his frontman is a shrewd move by Zelensky. Trump's side is impressed by superficialities. Yermak wears a suit, he's big, and tall enough to look down on all of them.
