Does the issue discuss the impacts of explicit abandonment of the values-based argument (ex SecDef’s comments today) that has nominally underpinned US security policy for many decades? What is even US strategy or theory of competition with anyone if not on “values”?
Some of TEs readers don't much care for what happens in the US anymore, as it has turned into a mad-house. Only the mobid entertainment from seeing it in fatal self-induced tail spin perhaps, but most is just wasted time.

I am actually referring to the title and cover itself - I'm not in media, but my impression is very much one that titles are shaping perceptions as much as actual content. Admittedly, my perspective is negatively shaped by the German media market.
