Seems reasonably conservative.
The money just gets used as a unchanged resource to pay down a loan.
It frees up more money than the interest while leaving the assets as frozen.

And we can’t put an end to this crap if Europe is unwilling to find the weapons, ammo and kit for Ukraine to do so.
Seize & use the assets to prevent a real war.
