I imagine there is only limited sympathy for the “share but beware” line, because surely repeated breaches before Signalgate (Snowden, Manchester Bombing, Mar-a-Lago, Texeira, etc.) already stressed those risks, but I really like Treverton's description on the imperatives of intelligence-sharing.
