Lonely Mountain : Snow Riders (and Downhill too) is really a fantastic arcade skiing game with a really immersive diorama/low poly aesthetic. It's really greatly design to encourage you to do the best timer you can and you won't feel the hour passing by👌

Honestly, most of the games I've been playing lately are older games, and for indies, my answer would be pretty standard, games like Celeste, Tunic, Undertale.

However, there's also this free Touhou fangame called Servants of Harvest Wish, which is pretty good.
