Ooo. Well, apart from the obvious 😆 I would have the characters have more positive connections outside of their jobs because it gives us actual stakes when we know they're not going to kill off their main cast and it adds more personal stories to explore without repeating the same ones over and over

That it's okay to still be discovering things about yourself in your 30s and beyond. Sometimes I feel like I figured things out "too late". But this show reminds me there's no such thing and I'm so grateful for that representation
