First is Vex Emberheart! He essentially plays the same role in the series that Tav does in the game. His relationship with Wyll is one I absolutely love writing! 💙

The second character in the series is Azriel Duskraen, the Dark Urge! As you can see in the screenshots, his journey is one of major transformation! He and Astarion learn to explore their trauma together and find comfort in love, from each other and later, from Halsin. ❤️

When the party travels to the githyanki créche, they meet Ae'rys! She's definitely different from the typical gith warrior, so she and Lae'zel butt heads at first, but over time, they learn that their differences make them stronger. 💚

Deep in the Shadow-Cursed Lands, the party meets Brevele Hightower. Little known to the others, they're actually Karlach's fiancée, as well as the only confidante Astarion ever had in Baldur's Gate. Compassionate and wise, they quickly become a rock for the others to lean on. 💗

When the party reaches Baldur's Gate, they seek the help of Eldryn Silversong, a ranger who rejected his noble title. Forced to seek an alliance with his father at a formal gala, he quickly bonds with Gale as they search for the value in mortality. 🧡
