Note: Costa Rica prez said "I hope they don't put a tax in our free zone." Basically, the US is threatening these countries, or making promises that they'll slap a "tax" mostly likely tariffs, if they don't take them. Also, Panama moved their detainees to a cage/camp in the jungle yesterday.
