does that not make it potentially unburstable
i can see this going 2 ways; either the 0-80 ratchet is extremely overpowered and gets banned everywhere or TT goes too far trying to balance it and makes it awful

A good hit via Xtreme Dash or something like Dran Buster could still burst it I'm sure, and it isn't *completely* smooth, but pretty close
