I feel bad that all the podcasters I listen to are putting so much work into video, because I'm never going to watch the video version. It's fun to see clips for promos, but I'm into podcasts because it's an audio format.

For me, the whole point of podcasts is I listen while doing and looking at something else. If I want to use my eyes to consume media, I’ll read a book.
