This is both transphobia AND intersexism by design. Intersexism is so often left out even though it's intrinsic to sex discrimination.

During the Nazi period the Germans were accused of fielding a man to compete in women’s track and field. That’s extremely rare. The testing in the forced examination of genitals is a crime.
