I prefer 2 because of the multi layers of texture and motion gives it an almost 3D feel, whereas 1 being very smooth comparatively seems not as deep dimensionally

Love a good rapids photo :) ... to my mind 2 has the edge here as the colour and detail is sharper (very very close to what you would get this time of year near my home at Dunkeld, Scotland) ...

you have to pay to use lightroom? I just use microsoft photo editor. I don't think one should have to pay monthly to use a piece of software.

gosh, that is the problem with society, saying stuff like that, when we should be able to buy the software like we use to in the 90's and own that software and get updates if we want them. Nice photos by the way.

i see, so you were able to adjust saturation, contrast and exposure to get the white to be dark water again by that much of a difference on your photo to showcase more dark water over the lighter white water splash? Generative fill then?
