Be like Yume and re-up your MMR (measles, mumps, rubella/German measles) as well. A measles infection can erase your other immunities, and rubella, while mild for most adults, can cause miscarriages or hearing/vision loss & heart defects for the baby.

A while back I asked my doctor to check to see if I was still protected against Measles but my childhood vaccination had worn off. So I got another MMR. It gave me some peace of mind to get it again.
