I beat Atomic Heart last night since the sequel got announced.
Highly recommend picking it up while it's on sale currently. I spent so much time just looking at the small details everywhere and running the dungeons.

I love seeing bugs and can confirm there were a handful in my play through, but it's so funny taking an elevator up and seeing all the plaques on the wall slide down and phase through the floor.
The robot designs are fantastic
The animations on everything are so fluid and well excecuted
Weapon customization is locked behind the dungeons, but honestly those were the funniest part for me.
However, the last 10% was comprised of bullet sponge enemies which forced me down the path of mostly ignoring fighting just to progress.
fighting in the over world is somewhat made pointless with the repair bots.
If you're in the over world and kill a bot. They have a repair drone come out almost immediately to resurect everything you just killed.
It makes fully exploring POIs annoying and outright impossible by the late game.
They had a weird obsession with making the main character say "crispy critters" any chance they got as a sort of quirky phrase people use.
Really odd choice amongst the gore and profanity laid throughout.
They let you know where to find the specific upgrade and keep the dungeons fairly unique from one another. Great QoL and variety for what was essentially the main game for me.
