Looks great. Curious as to whether the opposite stand is lower capacity, with that upper middle bit or is that an optical illusion and it’s some sort of overhang?

I think it is a much smaller capacity in that end.

According to Everton, the total home supporter capacity in the North End is 8746. That doesn't include the bottom side on the right, as that is for away fans.

There's 14800 in the South End!
