I wish I was better at recording and sharing my workouts! I know it takes practice and consistency to build that habit but I just stay so focused on getting my work done when Iām in the gym and Iām so tired/hungry after ššš

I get worried about opening my camera at all at the gym because I don't want anyone to think I'm being weird and recording them šµāš« which sucks because I want to record my sets
