yeah he got them back, but shouldn't he have to give them up when he married Giada like Jerry had to with Theresa? Or maybe that rule only counts for the family wizard 🤔😆 (I've only watched the pilot so I have no idea if it's explained later)

He was able to keep them in the series finale to work at WizTech. Then he got fired and lost them. I don't think he has them back now, but maybe got them back to teach Billie?
His kids probably don't have powers because he's not the fam wizard like Jerry was/is. (I just realized this myself lol)
