As for offset printing. I am afraid I can't do it even in the future, as I live on the edge of civilization and sending books from here to all over the world would just be too expensive. Especially as the Kickstrter shows that most buyers are in US.

Yeah I can understand that. Either you have a publisher with partner warehouses all over the place or on-demand it is.

Yes, DriveThru. At one point, I want to have my own webshop (as the 35% cut is too much), and then I probably find another PoD partner, or the same (Lihgtyear is the DriveThru partner). But all that is in the far future for now.
