If I were still on ship, I could bring up their tracks. However, here’s my speculation, as a current Sailor who has monitored ship tracks before: it was 11:45 pm, the cargo ship is 550 ft vs carrier 1092 ft, all lights were definitely on on the carrier per SOP, it was not watch turnover time
