No guys, if you have to trim parts of a movie to avoid copyright, you are now obligated to trim all the interesting and key moments and just leave me with all the actors' breaths between words, someone leaving a scene, the second half of the end credits, nothing another CC has already used.

From my experience, you keep in the major relevant plot points so the reaction flows and you keep in the stuff you're actually reacting to. If there's some big emotional scene that everyone talks about and I don't even look sad watching it, I might keep it in but it's going to be very brief at most.
