I did that this year and they were like "ok I won't raise your rent"

10/10 highly recommend.

Know your state renter rights laws. I don't know a state that allows a landlord to increase rent long before the lease renewal date!

Just happened to me too 😭

I did this and they said they would forward to corporate.. corporate told us they don’t negotiate. Anyways don’t rent from Olympus properties.

The justification is they want more money.

You got this. Landlords aren't shit when they do this stuff.

Don't write an email! Write a registered letter. Have it delivered and signed for.
