A note that the new task force agreements aren't totally set up yet, so it's unknown how they will be used. The 287g growth plus the addition of immigration "warrants" into the law enforcement database will grow the ability of local LEO to arrest people for immigration reasons immensely.

Most states do not have restrictions on 287g agreements. A few -- WA, CO, CA, IL -- do. This is where we see sheriffs setting up fights with the state government.

Yes, although Tom Homan is more interested in local LEO coordination. Miller does not really meet with LEO himself (presumably too crafting horrific legal arguments).
