Such an important issue and an area that could be radically transformed for the better, both with tech/ the NHS App, and by standardising how we communicate and how patients access information. Feels like a mass improvement programme for the NHS - what stops us doing it?!

A mass improvement prog needs at least a bit of resource behind it.
We have extra ways to listen, and they’re mandatory parts of our weekly Ops meetings.
e.g. we do extended Friends & Family, and *every* narrative output is read. Has led us to change many processes.
