Why did you let eight years go by? I’m familiar with state level FOIAs, and status is required to respond within a very narrow timeframe, although extensions have been allowed. Not eight years though.

Followed up repeatedly. Without the threat of taking the USG to court, though, there’s little recourse when it blows through the 20-day deadline.
