I am certainly using this more often than Twitter now. But I consider Mastodon my main platform. And that is because it's more open and I don't have to deal with the looking future that Bluesky is owned by a crypto company that is now investing in AI moderation tools.

From this former Twitter addict, it scratches the itch almost entirely, and I’ve started to see friends I’d left on other platforms start to pop up here and there. For my purposes, I’d definitely say yes.

Bluesky seems more Twitter like, definitely getting more famous accounts, but my main place will always be Mastodon which I trust more than anywhere else. There's no rich owner who might be compromised and no algorithm.
