One friend is doing a gap year. A couple are going to University. A few are doing extra semester.
J's had spares & 1 repeat class, so he doesn't have all of his courses yet.
He’s ready! and a train ride from home. Plus side his roommates should also be grad/masters students. It will keep the people at a more mature level, a lot less yeehaw.
