I'm VERY against RFKJr. Fluoride helps strengthen teeth if applied directly to teeth. Not ingested. Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, & Sweden do not put fluoride in their water. Hawaii and lots of cities in the US don't.
