Don’t @ me w/ your strategic plans, theories of change, hierarchy of objectives, results frameworks that don’t factor in covid; I guarantee it’ll fuck up any social good you’re trying to achieve. So much for evidence-based approaches. There is so much evidence! It is gross negligence at this point.

Or deliberate omission because of the non-profit industrial complex which tends to serve the industry, donors, politicians, “stakeholders” rather than the people whose lives you say you’re trying to improve.

Yup. And even just beyond the examples you gave, those who (at least here in Australia) think lockdowns destroyed the economy and that we all need to be back in the office, without accepting the damage to the economy had we adopted a GBD approach. I still don't know my office's air safety measures
