Was in a great neighborhood grocery store the other day (sadly not my neighborhood) (but my ngs is pretty good too!) and they had 10lb of onions for $6, and I'd been wanting to make a big batch of onion jam anyway…

Big pan of onions is now cooking down, mmm. But what do I do with the other 7 lb?
