I admit I have not been keeping up with the Billie Bust Up situation but there's a new document from the devs linked on Tumblr that supposedly includes evidence of this being a concentrated harassment campaign against them. I'm in the middle of reading everything and trying to make heads from tails.

I skimmed through a good portion of it. I sincerely hope I am not wrong on this nor that I am defending terrible people, but this really does seem like a very dedicated smear campaign devoid of evidence just to paint the developers of a very queer game in a bad light.

im pretty sure thats the inflammatory response doc op is talking about in this thread. that doc is nothing but lies that the billie bust up team continues to spread to protect gabriel brown and many like him. this is the third rewrite of the same response given every time they get caught.

I'm aware that this is the rewrite of a previous response after they received permission from one of the devs to share sensitive info. Still, this is a lot of evidence to defend themselves that seems to check out, and all I've seen from the accusers are folks dancing around providing said evidence.

I'd absolutely be extremely doubtful of allegations of this nature against overtly queer creators when the allegations don't line up. This unfortunately happens too often. Even internet chuds tried to smear the rest of the Goodbye Volcano High team anyway they could after they let go of Kate Gray.
