Wow! It was delicious, I think. :) I make my turkey dinner exactly as my mother did. Same stuffing, same taste. It's simple, but it always seems to please. Christmas is about remembering flavours too, I think. I stuff the bird.

I eat turkey sandwiches year round so that’s why I don’t really want to do one for Thanksgiving or Christmas but I’ll eat turkey if it’s served
