Hurr absolutely didn't say he was too incompetent to stand trial. That's an outright lie and you should stop listening to whoever you regurgitated that from. Hurr stated clearly that it'd be unlikely to prove intent to a jury. You have no idea what you're talking about.

He said Biden would appear to a jury as an elderly man with poor memory. So while he didn't say the words "incompetent to stand trial" he pretty much inferred it.

So now that we're in agreeance that Biden didn't meet the standard of intent, back to Trump. You said his case was a "facade". How? Again, he stole documents, lied about it, hid them, and stated on tape that he wasn't allowed to have them. Would you be fine if it was Biden that had done this?
