I didn’t type best car but I did type he has a rocket ship. You don’t get pole by not having a very competitive car in normal track conditions. Was it a wonderful lap by Max yes but it’s not a dog of a car.
Look, you’re obviously trying to take what Max is doing this season away from him, but he is clearly the best driver on the grid, extracting the most out of what is arguably the 3rd or 4th fastest car.
Again he won the race in a very good car. I am not sure what F1 you have been watching over the last 4 years but there car has always been fast in the ground effects error. I stated Max was an elite driver. I think your a bit confused or not sure but it take both man and machine to win.
At this point and based on data whomever is in the second redbull will look like trash. At least he made marginal progress and got to Q2 that’s an improvement over the last two drivers.
