My husband has cancer. He gets health care from the VA; every employee we have ever encountered has been caring & wonderful. A significant percentage of VA employees are veterans themselves. Yeah, President Musk, let’s put a whole bunch more veterans out on the streets. What a stellar plan. #FedLove

I was a social worker for over forty years in child welfare- necessary work. I can’t even say how much the Parks mean to us. They gave me hope.The Rangers are a vital resource I cannot overstate how much difference they have made to my work. We are all connected. A blow to one is a blow to all.

VA healthcare workers treat my father’s cancer (caused by Agent Orange during the Vietnam War), Park Service workers have kept my favorite spaces safe, and 2,000 fed’l workers in my rural (R-controlled) town boost the economy. (& I’m married to one of them.) #FedLove

For 5 years I have handled Social Security/Medicare issues for my brother who had dementia and his adult disabled son who is on SSI and Medicaid. Many visits to my SSA office and numerous phone calls for help. Every single Federal employee was helpful, knowledgeable, kind. NOT ONE bad experience. ❤️

I will say that the fed employees I worked with in fed court for 20 years were the most dedicated and hard-working people I’ve ever known. We all had a nearly impossible workload and were always understaffed and under resourced from judges down to janitorial staff.
