If there are three separate branches of government, why does the executive get to choose the head of one of the branches. Doesn't that create a conflict of interest ... like what we are experiencing now?

Good luck. I think Bondi should be disbarred. She's done more than enough to forfeit her licensure, IMO. Each day that Florida Bar lets it stand just calls into more question the licensure of all practicing attorneys.
