We need high speed rail in the U.S. the country is too big and with too many rural sections not to have it. My mother had to drive 5 hours to the arthritis clinic once a year. With high speed rail, she could have gotten care easier. We live in a year that begins with a “2” for Christ sake.

I'm ready to defend this stupid fucking train by any means necessary at this point. I would lay down my life for it. Do not make me take I-5 between SF and LA again I would rather die.
