A few notes to everyone freaking out about this verdict: 1. It will be appealed, so it's unclear if/when the directives in this decision would take place. 2. The 15 day period for voters to cure their registration would only start AFTER A LETTER IS MAILED to voters from their CBOE, not today.

NC Court of Appeals rules 2-1 for Judge Jefferson Griffin. The court didn't throw out 65,000 ballots, but it's requiring all of those voters to jump through more hoops to have their vote counted. NONE of these voters broke the rules. appellate.nccourts.org/opinions/?c=... #ncpol
