Oh, this is awesome to see! ๐๐๐
The pre-print server arXiv hosts pretty much all open access science articles / papers. You normally have to go into a link then open a PDF to read the document.
This is not digitally accessible.
arXiv are hosting the 2nd forum to make it more accessible!

arXiv is used by scientists, students, teachers, journalists and as we saw in the pandemic, the general public.
Access to science SHOULD be available to all.
"what would you know" he.
Err, it was only my actual job for the Govt. at the time lol.
Like dude, it was my literal job to ensure websites produced by the Govt. were digitally accessible/UX ready before going live because that's how the internet works these days.
arXiv could be restructured to have a user-centric approach (funny what some UX research might uncover!). For example, it could be split into sections where there are pre-prints for science review, and open access pre-prints.
Recently, arXiv has been trialling HTML versions of their papers which is a positive step forward.
