It’s a little complicated. There’s no good/natural reason to put anything in your dick, so the first few times you do it, it does take a bit for your body to get used to it. Same thing if you go up in size.

There’s also a lot of potential to hurt yourself, because the skin is so sensitive.

A little bit of pain in the beginning is normal, but as long as you’re careful it shouldn’t get too bad, and should go away after a while. Start small, use lube, and listen to your body. you should be good.

Yeah definitely. The way I can explain it is that agitating the skin inside makes the tissues more sensitive and more receptive to other stimulation. The feeling itself is nice, but it makes the rest of the experience better too. In my newest vid, I came a little bit just from the rough sounding.
