If I owned an NBA team, I may not give it to the guy who made 1 NBA finals with 3 MVPs, sold 1 of the MVPs, got back rubbish & is still yet to really prove himself.

Let's try not to crown the guy before he does something tangible in almost 2 decades in charge of an NBA team.
