What was that I heard recently about lazy and incompetent government officials?

This is what our Transportation Secretary was doing yesterday as planes are crashing on a near-daily basis. I cannot remember a more dangerous time to fly and yet this reality TV actor-turned-Cabinet Secretary is busy watching cars drive laps at the Daytona 500.
