What this really is about is Trump 'paying America back' for not handing him a victory in 2020. He's a 'zero sum' person - he believes in the 'I win, you lose' scenario; this is his opportunity to 'burn the world down' over the 'illegal and unjustified' snubbing he feels he received four years ago.
