Ask him what a gallon of milk costs. He's completely out of touch if he believes what he's saying. He's talking about big retailers—and I'm not sure these firms are well prepared for what's coming. But what about the small businesses that can't afford to import their products? Does he talk to them?

My take, he knows it's over, he knows the disaster that's coming, and he's buckling under that pressure.
He's just saying that retailers will have pre-ordered several months worth of fresh milk and other dairy from China.

No one. Except the people who don’t have them, can’t afford them, scrape the couch cushions to buy them. You know, the people who don’t count. “Suckers & losers” as you term them.
But they will turn you out of office in the end.
They seemed to confuse a dropshipping service from Amazon with Amazon itself, and everyone just read the headline.
I looked at the website as soon as they said this and saw no changes to items.
How else do you think he and his wealthy buddies plan to acquire them for pennies on the dollar?
