"Stop buying bad games" sounds good on paper, but... People shouldn't be shamed for buying games that they got baited into buying. Publisher's sometimes promise the world, how are we supposed to not believe that and know the game is a buggy mess?

That last post is where I would've gone. Prioritize better games, like indie games you like. The larger publishers often just want to play it safe and give you what they gave you last time more or less.
I've heard the phrase "speak with your wallet" since the beginning and it doesn't work. Have you seen the game industry?
Game is good? People get fired. Game is bad? What a surprise, people also get fired! People should riot more against this, cause it's sucking the soul out of the game industry
