Most sci-fi fans will recognise EUROSTILE. That or UNIVERS BLACK EXTENDED were used on most episodes…
One weight is available as a free font called OPTI Improv New Wide Nine, but it's not perfect.
Turns out to be JAY GOTHIC BOLD, however the digital version lacks the correct 'R' which JAFFA GOTHIC BOLD provides.
