Hydrate and take vitamin C. The body needs what it needs and forcing it otherwise because “responsibilities” will not help.

I give my kids unlimited screen time when they are sick. There is a time and a place for education, and the flu ain’t it.

One on an inset day but other two at school which will help. I have had brain fog and not been able to even watch a film which is beyond frustrating but think that is starting to clear. So 1980-90s films here I come!

Rest. Eat good quality stuff as your appetite is probably smaller (soup is good, shop bought is fine). Lots of fluids. More rest. Last time took me 4 weeks to get over and I was studying at home then. That’s why I always get a jab now.
