Most Americans haven't been hit with the impact of this yet. They're still trying to wrap their heads around rising egg prices. It may take months of this before any part of white America is ready to admit that there's a problem. Once they start getting genuinely uncomfortable, all bets are off.

I’m so surprised at reactions to what is happening. How are people not demanding transparency, sustainability of their democratic laws & safety protocols, accountability? From what I’m reading, it looks like the majority is simply ok with a ‘naked emperor’. Or is something not crossing the Atlantic?
