doesn’t matter because the wait time to get on section 8 was already 10 years.

the agency has been in underfunded/understaffed crisis mode for decades.

until that deficiency is addressed, it doesn’t help anyone.

what we need is INTEGRATED low income housing and we know the regime won’t do that.

Die I guess. California has major permit problems even people who want to build or more cannot because you need 250,000 $ in permits alone. And that's not La. That's San Bernardino. I've noticed out in the desert more transients trying to shack up in old abondones places that say have no roof.
